The Fine Print
- For your convenience, New York New York offers self-parking in our Main Parking Garage, as well as Valet Parking for a fee. The parking fee provides you with in-out privileges within the same parking type (self or valet) across all MGM Resorts destinations
- Any required deposit or pre-payment will be charged to your card at the time of booking.
- Guests will be charged incidental fees based on payment type and length of stay. Please contact the hotel for specifics.
- Regarding the cancellation policy: The 72-hour cancellation window closes at 17:00 three days before the arrival day.
- You must be at least 21 years old to check-in.
- Per New York New York policy, please ensure the original credit card used at the time of booking is presented during check-in.
- In case of an early departure, guest will be responsible to pay the full remaining amount (room rate and tax) of the reservation.
- Resort fee is subject to a 12% tax.

The property will place an authorization on credit or debit card to cover applicable charges for room, tax and resort fees, as well as a USD 50 incidental amount per day to allow you access to room charging privileges.
